SHINING STAR Chapter 13
Danielle
walked off the plane into the Kentucky airport later that day. As she
looked around for Nick, she spotted him crowded by a bunch of girls for
autographs. She headed over towards him, just as she got up to him he
stopped signing autographs and embraced Danielle in a big hug and kiss
on the lips as the whole crowd still stood there. "Hi",
Danielle smiled at all the girls. The girls had all smiled and greeted
her and actually asked for her autograph and even to get a picture with
her. Danielle thought to herself now she knows why Nick enjoys doing
this so much, you could really inspire people as she listened to some of
the girls stories. "Well
Ladies Dani, and I gotta get going now" "Nice
talking to you", Danielle added in as Nick smiled at her as he took
her hand and they walked hand in hand out of the airport. Back
At The Hotel "Man
it so good just to see you", Nick smiled as he sat down next to
Danielle on the couch. "Can
I be honest with you about something?", Danielle asked becoming
serious. Nick’s smile faded, "Yea sure" "Well
you know ever since I met you I’ve been doubting this whole long
distance relationship, but you know what I was just being scared of bad
things that could happen. I fully trust you and I know this relationship
is gonna work", Danielle replied. Nick had full eye contact with
her, he looked deep into her eyes. He never felt so much in love before,
she amazed him in every way. "When’s
the last time I told you how beautiful you were?", Nick asked.
Danielle looked back into Nick’s eyes and blushed. "I
don’t remember", She giggled. "Well
your beautiful Dani. I love you so much", Nick whispered in her ear
and then kissed her in between her ear and neck. Danielle shivered of
the touch of his lips on her skin. "You
are such the charmer", Danielle smiled as she kissed Nick on the
lips, "And a great gentlemen, I love you too" "Hey
Leighanne was going to go to the mall to get something new to wear
tonight for the concert she asked if you wanted to go with her. Here
take my credit card and get something nice", Nick told her,
"Please just do it, don’t fight me cause I’m paying for
it". Danielle nodded her head, "Ok" "Good",
Nick smiled as he kissed her on the forehead, "Now let’s go get
you with Leighanne so you can go to the mall" "Are
you planning something?", Danielle asked as Nick helped her up and
started to drag her out the door in a hurry. "What?
No, we just have to catch her before she leaves", Nick said trying
to lie but wasn’t making out too good. "Yeah
I’m so sure. I know your up to something now mister", Danielle
laughed as they walked down the hall to Brian room hand in hand. The
door soon opened, Brian gave a big smile. "Hey
Danielle, nice to see you again", he smiled friendly as he gave her
a hug. "You
too Brian", Danielle smiled back. "Oh
I’m sorry", Brian laughed, "I think you guys might wanna
come in". Nick and Dani smiled as they walked in an sat down on the
couch. "Leighanne
ready?", Nick asked still in his hurry like tone. "Yea
she’ll be out in…a sec", Brian said giving him a funny look. "I
know Bri, that’s the same look I gave him. He’s losing it",
Danielle replied. "Oh am I?", Nick grinned as he reached over
and began to tickle her. "Aaaahhhhhh!!
Nick!! Stop! No I can’t breath", Danielle said in between fits of
laughter. Nick smiled and sat back down next to her. "Hey
Danielle", Leighanne smiled, "Ready to do some shopping and
look at some hot guys?" "Oh
yeah I’m so ready!", Danielle said in an excited tone joking
about the guy part as was Leighanne. "You
two", Brian said shaking his head as Nick shook his head as well,
"Please be back before the concert not midnight" "Don’t
worry we will", Leighanne answered as she kissed Brian goodbye and
Dani kissed Nick goodbye and then left the room. "Ok
Nick what’s the scoop why you acting all weird?", Brian asked. "Well
you know that song I wrote "Shining Star" and all the stuff
all us guys practiced off the side, well tonight’s the night I wanna
do this for Dani", Nick explained. "Yea
that’s a pretty good idea she’s gonna love it, come on lets go tell
the fellas and put it into our program tonight", Brian explained as
Nick nodded and they both left his room. *At
The Mall* Danielle
walked out in the dressing room part with all the mirrors where
Leighanne stood helping her pick out an outfit like Danielle did for
her. Danielle came out wearing some jeans and a tank top. "Danielle
come on you gotta buy some better then this. Nick doesn’t mind, he
wants you to buy something really nice to wear for the concert tonight.
When was the last time you wore something really fancy?" Danielle
walked over and sat down on the bench, "This is really embarrassing
for me to say, I haven’t really ever had that much money to have many
at all nice clothes". Leighanne walked over and sat down next to
her, "You know Dani, why don’t you let Nick help you out?" "Because
that’s not right he shouldn’t be paying all this kind of money on
me", Danielle responded. "But
Dani, he is your boyfriend. Boyfriends usually like to spoil their
girls, and I know Nick really wants to treat you like a goddess. He’s
always talking about how great you are, and I over heard him talking to
Brian the other day how he thinks that you’re the right girl he’s
been looking for all along. Especially the way you guys met and how Nick
pictured you in his dreams before he ever knew you" "Yea
how we met, Nick’s not the only one that happened to. I never told him
this but how he had dreams about me, I had them too." Leighanne’s
eyes widened, "Woah, that is freaky, but it’s really cool that
you cause were brought together in your dreams. Now will you get some
nice things, something for when you go to LA too" "Thanks",
Danielle nodded as she stood up as well Leighanne did as they both
hugged. "I
think we’re gonna get along just fine, I’ll be right back with some
things for you to wear" "Ok",
Danielle smiled as she stood there and looked in the mirror, "Mom,
I hope I’m making the right decision here". She then walked back
into her dressing room. A couple minutes later Leighanne came back with
some things and gave them to Dani to try on. As Leighanne stood outside
she talked to her. "And
after this we’re gonna go to a really nice hair dresser and make up
artist I know and get you ready for tonight."
